The Health Promotion Foundation (HPF) is a non-profit non-governmental organization established in 2023 AD, in Chitwan District. with a aim of creating a healthy society where every individual will have the knowledge, resources and support that they need to live a healthy and prosperous life. The organization is dedicated to empowering individuals to make positive choices in their lives to prevent illness and promote their health.
